HOW TO PREPARE MULBERRY TEA

Written by Mrs. Money

Wash and steam (within a minute) your mulberry leaves, dry the leaves inside the car under the hot sun. Around late afternoon you will get the crunchy leaves, take away unwanted parts. Either crunch with your hand or grind with a grinder.

This method of steaming process preparing will produce green coloured mulberry tea.

Mulberry leaves has much higher calcium content than milk, it's definitely an older lady tea!
