A NEW RECIPE FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR

Chinese New Year, everyone ate too much meat, BBQ pork, roasted duck and dried meat all in danger to your heart. Something like this tomatoes fried with lots of onion and sweet basils could give you a change to your taste buds... something red yet not that attracting but once you started to give a bite, it was not as sour due to added onion and salt, you would love this dish.


Fried Tomatoes

10 tomatoes cut into pieces; handful of chopped sweet basils, one big onion, garlic, salt, olive oil and pepper. Fry salt, onion and garlic with olive oil until brownish, add basils to fry a while, finally add in tomatoes and pepper, give a quick fry under hot fire. Serve immediately
