Caused by absent minded drivers or really these cases were purely just an accident?!

I would remind Kuching folks who drive before 7:30am on the street along Kopitiam 98 must stay in full alert, two Wednesday mornings I already witnessed car accidents happened here. I kept pondering if those folks staying in the residential area opposite of Kopitiam 98 were very peaceful and there was no rooster to fully awaken them in the morning so they couldn't drive in full conscious thus likely to give other unlucky folks "a kiss" on their cars??!!
This morning I witnessed two brand new cars, a maroon and a white Toyota "kissed" each others again. One obviously trying to exit from the neighborhood but one couldn’t apply a sudden brake.
The unlucky person whose car got hit from this residential resident on last Wednesday was ME, I was on my way back sending off kids to Chung Hua No. 2, on my way back home with the jam while everyone drove like 20km/hr suddenly my body felt a vibration, then my car began to lose its control, I immediately control my wheel free from any obstacle, if I moved car slightly to the left, I would hit other car, if I moved forward I would hit the car ahead of me, if I moved to the right, I might die on scene, because the car from the opposite lane after enter in from roundabout usually drove in such a great speed.
I didn’t get scared the shit out, but anyhow I left my car with my shaky body, immediately I saw the driver who hit me emerged from her car, I looked at her eyes and appearance I knew why she hit me, first thing I asked her, “Why? Everyone drove so slowly, how you hit me? I didn’t even apply any emergency brake causing you trouble, why you give me trouble?”
“Oh, because my little kids talked to me, I turned my head, then I felt I hit into something, now we are all hurt, my kids and I hit their heads to the windscreen!” I cursed silently, “You blamed me fxxking Stxpxx absent minded irresponsible driving woman?!”
Early 7:20am, I called Mr. Money, as usual he was out of town and his hp was switched off, and my car owner Dr. Money’s hp was switched off too, then I remembered he flew to Miri every Wednesday to see his patients.
If these days someone tells me it is good to get married so I have a partner to share my burden, trouble and problem, I will tell her, "BULLSHIT!" As usual I went alone to the police station with the broken car. The woman had to pay that RM300 to lodge the police report. Then she began to tell me how bad things happened to her family, “Last week someone hit my relative’s car too, now it's my turn!”
“Sorry! What are you talking? I didn’t hit your car but it was you who knocked my car from behind while I was driving at 20km/hr!” Then she changed her words. I was thinking what a bad luck I got, sitting there wasting my whole morning without breakfast in the police station.
Then after a while she introduced a runner to me, who said could help me to claim the insurance. The runner estimated it would cost RM2000++ to fix up in claiming insurance, as I need the car to fetch my kids everyday, I need it get repaired as soon as possible, he said it could get repaired within 5 days, so I agreed, then he asked me to follow him to a mechanic.
Over the workshop office, the mechanic asked me to pay him RM2000 cash as the deposit but I told him I didn’t bring this kind of money but RM800. They insisted that my Great Eastern Insurance is the third party that’s why I have to pay the mechanic first before the claim released, he said if I bought first party insurance then I don’t need to pay any money to him (but the woman who hit me carried first party Kurnia Insurance).
I felt something is not right as whenever during past decades when I repaired car, the mechanic that I knew of would never ask me for any deposit, but how could this unknown mechanic ask for full amount of RM2000 repair fees, so I tried to get hold of Mr. Money again. Finally I got hold of him, he insisted that I shouldn’t pay the mechanic any money because I didn’t make mistake, he said I should ask the woman who hit me to pay this kind of repairing money. Mr. Money said the runner and mechanic would always tell people that we could get the full insurance claim, but turned out usually the compensation is just a few hundred ringgit.
Mr. Money said that if I paid the mechanic this RM2000 (Actually the mechanic calculated it was RM2300++) but at the end of the day I sure will just receive few hundred ringgit from the insurance company, he asked me me then who is going to pay the rest of the money. Mr. Money said the most he would help me to advance payment for the repairing fees is RM500.
Then Mr. Money began to argue with the runner and the mechanic, they explained to him, “Your wife carried third party insurance that’s why you have to pay the cash money to the mechanic first, after 3 to 4 months, Kurnia will release the money to Great Eastern and the Great Eastern will pay the the owner of the car (Dr. Money) directly, they will call the owner to collect the cheque! The woman hit you from behind that's why you can definitely get the full refund.” But Mr. Money didn’t believe them, so there were yes and no arguments went on. I got so stressed up…. who should I curse by then … of course to the absent minded stupid driver who hit me from behind of course. “Did she meet the ghost … shit!”
Three days later Mr. Money still argued with me, “No I am not going to pay that RM2000 to the mechanic! YOU HAVE TOO MUCH MONEY???!!!”
"Okay, I pay him from my own saving instead then!” I felt that I need to fly to Singapore Mt. E to check in its stress ward again!
Mr. Money then got very hysterical, “You know the drunken UNIMAS student who hit me after her party in Hilton didn’t stop at the stop junction, she called her police uncle, daddies and relatives … oh ya, at the end I even paid to repair her car! My car got first class insurance ... you know they would tell you insurance can claim all the repair fees, but usually ended up the most is few hundred. I tell you what! IF THE INSURANCE COMPANY CAN REFUND ALL YOUR REPAIR FEES AND YOUR LOST FOR THIS ACCIDENT, MY MONEY SIRNAME WILL CHANGE TO YOUR YELLOW SIRNAME OK?!!! &**(*&^%^$”
Well, I thought silently if the insurance company couldn’t refund me the repair fees (What is the interest rate for 3 to 4 months advanced cash payment to mechanic before insurance claim return to me?) I will engage a good lawyer for my stress, mental abused by Mr. Money (He acted like I was hitting into someone’s car instead) and time wasted involved in doubtful conversations with mechanic and the runner regarding this insurance claim (everyone that I know of obviously lacking of car accident insurance claim knowledge, I was told in Miri city there is an insurance company agent paired up with a known mechanic workshop to con accident victims money, and the money never reached the victims’ hands even after a year).
So after three or four months later, if I can get the full claim for my repair and lost, I will tell you the name of the trustable runner and the mechanic, (or if they are the vultures!!) then if you run into accident, you can call them immediately to give you a hand!
Unlucky enough I found on last Wednesday, not just because on my 28 years of driving first time car accident happened to me, also I found that my Bali bamboo plant got stolen along the street of Stutong market! This Kuching city definitely needs someone brave who can kick nasty, stupid and careless assholes!

This is my bad experience of how slow ones could claim insurance in Malaysia!!!! Up to this date Dec 5th, I have not received any dime from Kurnia, the insurance company of the car who hit me from behind, all because the adjustor called Kelvin didn't submit the report to the mechanic called Ho in Foo Chow Rd Kch(claim agent), on August, I called the mechanic and runner Jee, they told me it was already submitted to Kurnia, after two months later I didn't receive any dime so I called the mechanic again, this time he told me the adjuster Kelvin would send him reporter within two weeks (somebody obviously was telling lies to me but he had forgotten!!), after a month, I called again, the adjustor Kelvin from City still haven't submit the report to the mechanic, and I called Kurnia on beginning of Dec. to report them what had happened, I am now waiting to see when they will release me the compensation and wheather my sirname will remain as a Money or Yellow! DON'T LET STUPID ABSENT MINDED PEOPLE HIT THE BACK OF YOUR CAR, THIS IS MY ADVICE, SO WATCH OUT YOUR BACK FROM THE FRONT MIRROR TOO WHEN YOU DRIVE!!!!
