For few days I just didn’t feel right, I felt a bit of sored and dried throat during the evening but still got revived during the day time.
Last night, I cooked myself this health restoration soup, thus today I am able to share with everyone again.
If you already catch the flu now with blocked nose, sneezing, running nose or sore throat, no harm to try this soup especially you might have your poor appetite.
Try not to omit any of the following ingredients as this is a balance diet to restore your health.
I found out my kids didn't really like this soup , they would be more curious, play with it rather than eating it!
